All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will reflect the actual product precisely. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Limited-edition items (including City Series releases) are produced in restricted quantities and may sell out permanently once unavailable.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout via the payment methods offered on the Site (credit/debit card, PayPal, and other supported wallets). You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

Shipping timelines, methods, and rates are described in ourShipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Currently, Courtelane ships within the United States only.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on this Site — including the Courtelane name, logo, product designs, graphics, photography, and written content — is the property of Streben Ventures or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

When using the Site, you agree not to: violate any applicable law; infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; upload or transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems; or use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to the Site, you grant Courtelane a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with marketing and promoting our products. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courtelane and Streben Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Courtelane, Streben Ventures, and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
